About Me
Driven by a passion for athletic development and sports science, I hold a B.S. in Exercise Science and an M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Central Michigan University. I am a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with hands on experience coaching athletes at both the collegiate and youth levels.
While completing my undergraduate and master’s degrees I completed over 1,000 hours of fieldwork in high performance settings including private strength and conditioning facilities and with the CMU Football Strength and Conditioning program. I bring a well rounded and applied perspective to athlete development. I’ve led speed, strength, and agility sessions for athletes across various age groups and skill levels, with additional experience in biomechanics, and injury prevention.

While also completing my master’s at Central Michigan University, I worked as a Graduate Assistant where I instructed lab sections in exercise science with a focus on exercise physiology. Topics included program design, stress testing, body composition analysis, Functional Movement Screening (FMS), and more. I also assisted with course administration and conducted research on the cardiometabolic and fitness profiles of Division I football offensive linemen.
Whether in the weight room, classroom, or research setting, I prioritize clear communication, athlete education, and performance driven results. My coaching philosophy is rooted in evidence based practice and individualized program design, aimed at maximizing performance, minimizing injury risk, and supporting long term athletic development. My graduate assistantship further enhanced my ability to lead instruction, mentor students, and apply sport science in real world coaching environments.
