If you’re interested in coaching but want to learn more before committing, I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This quick call is an opportunity for us to discuss your goals, training background, and what you’re looking for in a program. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions and see if my coaching style is the right fit for you. No pressure, just a conversation to help you make the best decision for your health and performance.
